KEEPSIDE - THREE-MINUTE PRACTICE PITCH Use the 10 main slides. Three minutes is a rehearsal target, not a confirmed current competition limit. Actual spoken delivery has not been timed. Play the separate 78-second concept film outside this practice timing unless the organisers allow it. SLIDE 1 - 0:00-0:16 I'm Hamza Munshi, founder of Autom8r. Keepside is my concept for responsible dementia support through shared family stories: photos, original voices and the context behind them, brought together in an accessible supported experience. SLIDE 2 - 0:16-0:33 Imagine Amina, who lives with dementia, and Sam choosing a familiar photo to look at and listen to together. They can pause, skip or stop. This fictional example shows the moment I want to design around, at the person's pace. SLIDE 3 - 0:33-0:50 The foundation is a small collection of photos and optional original recordings. A family-reviewed relationship map lets someone choose Ben, see "Your son", then open chosen material at their pace. These names and relationships are fictional. SLIDE 4 - 0:50-1:07 A family organiser prepares the collection with permission and useful context. The person taking part chooses what to see or hear with support. Co-design will help us understand the controls, pacing and assistance that families actually need. SLIDE 5 - 1:07-1:24 The grant funds accessible supported viewing, secure storage and permissions, specialist input and an evaluated pilot. We would examine usefulness, comfort and interaction. These benefits remain unproven, and recognition or clinical improvement is never promised. SLIDE 6 - 1:24-1:39 Existing services already preserve photos and voices, including Memory Lane, Storyworth and Remento. We must compare our supported experience with those options and with each family's own photo and messaging routine. SLIDE 7 - 1:39-2:01 Before funding, I propose ten organiser or supporter interviews and concept comparisons. After appropriate review and readiness checks, the plan is co-design, usability work with six pairs, and a four-week pilot with ten families. We would record difficult experiences as carefully as positive ones. SLIDE 8 - 2:01-2:21 Five thousand pounds funds the first evaluation stage: secure pilot engineering, accessible design, family and practitioner input, privacy review, limited infrastructure and contingency. The proposed twelve-week schedule depends on readiness. It does not promise an NHS-ready rollout or a clinical study. SLIDE 9 - 2:21-2:38 I bring experience in websites, business automation and influencer marketing. I will lead the digital foundations and product direction, alongside specialist input on dementia practice, accessibility, privacy and evaluation. SLIDE 10 - 2:38-3:00 I'm asking for five thousand pounds and mentoring to develop a secure, accessible pilot with families and practitioners. The outcome should be evidence about whether this experience is useful, comfortable and worth developing further. NHS adoption is a longer-term ambition. Thank you. REHEARSAL NOTES Hamza plans product development after funding as his chosen sequence. The funding case is responsible service development and evaluation, supported by his digital experience. All study sizes, thresholds, price cards and spending estimates are proposed. No outreach, studies, payments or commitments happen through preparation of this package. A limited pilot explores service experience. It cannot establish treatment effects, symptom relief, cognitive benefit or reliable recognition. Families and practitioners would shape the protocol before involving people living with dementia. Consent, capacity, safeguarding, privacy and suitable specialist review are prerequisites to participant involvement. Family access prices remain hypothetical research cards: GBP 5 versus GBP 8 monthly, or GBP 39 once with 12 months hosting and export. Stated willingness to pay is weaker than real payment. No live price or lifetime-storage promise exists. The first award stage does not establish full NHS readiness. A future NHS ambition needs suitable evidence and assessment, with safety, data/security and accessibility work. Keep the six appendix slides for questions. The existing film is an earlier archive-focused concept. The updated deck and website describe the current funding scope. A video refresh is deferred.
